We use Paypal which is a well known payment provider used by millions of people with PayPal accounts. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase via PayPal, although it will make it quicker and easier if you do have one.

 

For orders we use standard first class Royal Mail post. This is due to the relative lightweight products we sell. The majority of orders leave us within 24 hours. The your order should arrive within 4-5 working days.

 

We do our utmost to complete all orders fully. If the darts or accessories you have ordered are out of stock - we will notify you and give you an estimated time of when they are due in.

Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back at our mail order department within 14 days in a new and unused condition and with original packing intact, along with any receipts.

We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Please note that if you require goods to be sent out in exchange, we do make a further carriage charge of £2.99.

All darts sent back for a refund will incur a £3 restocking fee, with all other accessories incurring a 20% (minimum £1) restocking fee.

Any refund will be made via Paypal.

 

We allow our customers to choose whether to receive emails from us with any email that we may send. We also send out newsletters to all customers who have requested this in their profiles. The only email addresses we keep on record for these newsletters are from our own customer database.

 

When you visit our website and access information you remain anonymous. We will not provide your personal information to other companies or individuals. We use your personal information to help us administer your account, to improve our services to you, to provide services you have requested, and to inform you about additional products or services that may be of interest to you.
